when to unenroll or exit a Member
A Member might be unenrolled or exited if any of the following conditions are met:

The Member has become inactive for 90 days or more. Inactivity means the Member has not participated in check-ins and has been unresponsive to texts, phone calls, or emails.

The Member violates their terms of service.

The Member no longer meets specific eligibility criteria defined by your organization. This applies only to certain Samaritan Partners.

In these cases, the Samaritan team will collaborate with you and your Members to provide a gradual close-out period. We are here to support your team in ensuring that final funds are appropriately distributed to exiting Members.
