We understand that losing a debit card can be stressful. Follow the simple steps below to get your new card assigned and ready to use in no time.
steps to replace your debit card
To replace your lost or stolen debit card, just follow these easy steps:

Navigate to the Member's profile and select the manage funds tab.

Select manage debit card.

Click on replace card.

Enter the last 4 digits of your new, unassigned debit card and select assign.
Once you assign the new debit card, your previous card will be automatically closed, and the balance will be transferred to the newly assigned card. There’s no need for any additional steps to activate your new card!

don't have a replacement card available?
To close your lost or stolen debit card, just follow these easy steps:

Navigate to the Member's profile and select the manage funds tab.

Select manage debit card.

Click on close card.

Assign a new card when ready!
Your previous card will be automatically closed, and the balance will be transferred to the new card when it is assigned.

If you or your client suspect any fraudulent spending on the closed card, please alert our team immediately. We can assist you in submitting a fraud form and potentially recover some or all of the funds that were stolen.
