- download the partner app by searching for "Samaritan" in the google play store or apple app store.
- select the "Samaritan partner" app, which features a cream-colored background and a purple logo.
- on your computer
- If you prefer to use a computer, you can easily access Samaritan by navigating to partner.samaritan.city.
creating your Samaritan partner account
ready to create your account? just follow these steps:

tap "create account" and select your region.

choose your organization from the drop-down menu.

enter the organization code provided by Samaritan. If you do not have an organization code, simply leave this field blank and proceed to the next step. you will need to be manually approved by the Samaritan team, which typically takes about 24 hours.

enter your name, work email, and work phone number. this contact information is essential as it determines how you will receive updates from Samaritan regarding your members.
after account creation
Once your account is created, you will be directed to the member page, where you can start adding or updating member information. If you encounter a page that states, "non-profit status approval pending," please reach out to us at support@samaritan.city. Our team will assist you with the manual approval of your account.
