You can find each Member's balance in their profile, under the title "manage funds"
A purchase request is like sending the Samaritan team on an errand to pay a bill, make a specific purchase, or issue a money order. In the member profile, tap “purchase request” and category that matches the request
TIP: Fill in any additional information that we may need to complete your request such as account number for a bill payment.
Once you tap “confirm” it will send to our team. we follow up on each request within 24-48hrs.
transfer funds to a Samaritan debit card
Assign a debit card under the "manage funds" header on a Member's profile. the card will be activated right away once you add it to a Member's profile. no other activation steps necessary
Once a card is assigned to an enrolled Member, tap "Debit Card" to view card balance and transfer funds.
TIP: You can also assign a PIN or replace a lost card directly in the app by clicking "debit card"
